Lyn Marven is Reader in German at the University of Liverpool and a literary translator. Her translations include Elly by Maike Wetzel as well as short stories by Larissa Boehning and Roman Ehrlich among other contemporary writers, and she is the translator and editor of the 2009 anthology Berlin Tales. Lyn is currently finishing an academic monograph on anthologies of Berlin literature.
